New or refreshed tissue, as required (we use all pre-loved tissue when in suitable condition, Dustbag(s) that are Pre-loved, Heel tips (in most cases*) and Christian Louboutin Pouch is also Pre-loved. Do they have a Louboutin Shoe Box? Louboutin Dustbag(s) or Heel Tips and Pouch.
Please also identify any condition issues to us that are not visible in the photos. Remember - It is important to be as clear as possible to Loubipreloved as it may affect the amount we eventually offer you, or we may even need to return your shoes to you.

Step 3:

Loubipreloved will review your request to Sell or PX your Christian Louboutin Shoes and If we have any questions about their condition we will email you.

Step 4:

Within 24 hours Loubipreloved will provide you with an “In Principle Valuation”* or advise you that they are unsuitable for us to Outright Purchase or take your shoes in Part Exchange (PX)

*This will be an Outright Purchase Price and Part Exchange Price. Our valuations are made on the basis of overall condition, popularity of the design and the cost of restoration to us etc.

This valuation and “In Principle” offer we make is valid for 24 hours and can be accepted by a reply email to loubipreloved@gmail.com After 24 hours we will need to re-value the shoes as our Stock is continually changing and therefore in some circumstances the price we re-offer (or don’t) may change.

In addition to the Shoe Valuation we will offer the following for accessories, depending on their condition:

Up to:

CL Box - £20

CL Dustbag - £10 (Each)

CL Heel Tip Pouch - £5 (Each)

Heel Tips for Shoes - £3/Pair

PLUS you will receive the refund of the “Sell My Christian Louboutins” - Returns Postage you have already paid.

Step 5:

When you, “The Customer”, accept* Loubipreloved’s “In Principle”, or “No Obligation” customer offer, to Buy or take your Shoes in Part Exchange by reply email, Loubipreloved will then send you a “Code” to use in our “online store” at www.loubipreloved.co.uk

*By accepting you are agreeing to all Loubipreloved’s terms and conditions. You are also confirming that you are the legal owner and they are being sold without any lien.

Step 6:

Once you have the “Code” you need to purchase** product:

“Sell My Christian Louboutins - Returns Postage” (SKU: BUY/PX) During that process you will be asked for the “Code”

**This is Fully Refundable by Loubipreloved on completion of Loubipreloved’s agreed purchase of your Christian Louboutin shoes. In the event that your shoes are not as described, we will return your shoes to you and as you have purchased “Fully Insured and Tracked Returns Postage”. No other refund will be due. This also allows us to confirm your name, address and payment details.

On receipt of your Christian Loubountin Shoes Loubipreloved will inspect the shoes against the Photos and additional details that have provided. Providing they match we will notify confirmation by email and process your payment. If they do not we will contact you by email.

***Loubipreloved do not charge commission and we will send your payment for buying your shoes within 24 hours to your Bank or PayPal or for PX a Voucher*** Code via email for the “Agreed Value”**

At which point they become the property of Loubipreloved

****”PX Voucher Codes” are “One Time Use” and can only be used by the customer they were originally issued to and any products purchased using the “PX Voucher Code” can only be shipped to the customers address it was originally issued. Or the “PX Voucher Code” becomes invalid. The Voucher Code is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue and can only be used in Loubipreloved’s Online Store. The “PX Voucher Codes” have no cash alternative and no vouchers/cash or refund will be issued against any unused balance of the “PX Voucher Code” value and it remains the property of Loubipreloved.
